Privacy Notice
Last updated: 22 October 2026
This notice explains how we use and protect your personal information when you visit quorlis.com or contact us, and how you can exercise your data protection rights.
Who We Are
Glasbit IT JSC (Glasbit Information Technologies Joint Stock Company, registered in Türkiye as Glasbit Bilgi Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi) is the controller responsible for this information. You can contact us at privacy@quorlis.com.
Postal address: Görükle Mahallesi, Üniversite-1 Caddesi, Ulutek Teknoloji Geliştirme Bölgesi, No:933, İç Kapı No:126, 16059 Nilüfer/Bursa, Türkiye.
Information We Use and Why
- Website visits: Your IP address, the page requested, access time and technical information sent by your browser are used to deliver and protect the website. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): providing a working website and preventing unauthorised access.
- Demo enquiries: We use your name, work email, organisation, team size and any role, sector or message you provide to answer your enquiry, arrange a demo and follow up on the related correspondence. The request also includes its page language, market, source and submission time. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): managing the business conversation you initiate and arranging a demo relevant to your organisation.
- Rights requests and complaints: We use the identity, contact and request information you provide to investigate and respond. Where UK data protection law requires us to handle your request or complaint, our lawful basis is legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c), under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018).
We receive enquiry information directly from you through our form or email, and visit information automatically from your browser. There is no statutory or contractual duty to request a demo. The form requires your name, work email, organisation and team size so we can respond and arrange a relevant demo; we cannot process a form request without these fields. Role, sector and message are optional.
Optional Analytics and Cookies
Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand website use and improve it (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). The service receives pages viewed, visit times, the referring website's domain, browser and device information and cookie identifiers. Google may process these data in Ireland and the United States, among other countries. We do not send form names, email addresses or messages to Analytics, or use advertising personalisation.
Analytics cookies (_ga and cookies starting with _ga_) distinguish visits and sessions and last up to 180 days. Your choice is stored in your browser for 180 days. Declining does not affect access to the website. You can withdraw consent at any time through “Cookie Preferences” in the footer; subsequent measurement stops and analytics cookies are removed. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. The Analytics retention setting for user- and event-level data is two months; this does not limit aggregated reports.
How Google uses information from partner websites
Who Receives Your Information
Hosting, content delivery and security providers process visit information to operate and protect the website. Business email providers process contact details and correspondence to deliver and store our communications. Connections to this website are encrypted, and access to personal information is restricted to authorised people who need it for their work.
We disclose relevant information to public or judicial authorities when a legal obligation requires it, limited to what that obligation covers.
Where Information Is Processed
Our service providers and their subprocessors may store and process visit information and enquiries outside the UK, including in the United States and the European Economic Area. Authorised Glasbit staff handle enquiries from Türkiye.
For information about the recipients, processing countries and the safeguards applicable to a transfer, including how to obtain a copy, contact privacy@quorlis.com.
How Long We Keep Information
- Enquiries and correspondence: We keep these while answering the enquiry, arranging the demo and handling the related business discussion. When that discussion closes, we retain only records needed for an applicable legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, until that obligation ends or the claim can no longer arise or has been resolved.
- Visit and security records: Retention depends on the period needed to deliver the site and detect or investigate security incidents. Records needed for a specific incident are kept until the investigation and any related legal requirements or claims have ended.
- Rights requests and complaints: We keep the information needed to handle the matter and demonstrate our response, for the applicable compliance or legal claim period.
Information is deleted or anonymised when these purposes no longer require it. These criteria apply to all copies of the enquiry and related correspondence.
Your Data Protection Rights
Under UK data protection law, you can ask for access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, erasure or restriction of its use. These rights apply under the conditions set by law. Data portability applies to information processed automatically on the basis of consent or a contract.
Contact privacy@quorlis.com or use the postal address above to exercise your rights. We respond without undue delay, normally within one calendar month. Where the law permits an extension, we explain the reason and extended deadline within that first month. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity.
Your Right to Object
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. We must stop that processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or need the information for legal claims. You can send an objection to privacy@quorlis.com.
Questions and Complaints
You can raise a data protection complaint with us at privacy@quorlis.com or the postal address above. We acknowledge receipt within 30 days, investigate without undue delay, keep you informed of progress and communicate the outcome without undue delay.
You also have the right to complain to the UK data protection regulator (ICO) about our handling of your personal information.
